Our Care

We take a positive and personal holistic approach that addresses individual needs.   

• We are all unique.  The person we become as we get older will be shaped by a lifetime of experiences in careers, family, hobbies, relationships and religious beliefs, to name just a few.  Our goal is to re-assure our residents and their relatives by maintaining links with valued elements of their personal history.
• Each resident has a personal care plan.  This is the blueprint designed to meet their individual needs.  This includes activities, routines, medical and dietary requirements.  
• Staff adhere to the care plan to offer person centered care. This is reviewed regularly with key staff members, the resident or next of kin where appropriate. Family members are encouraged to remain involved in the lives of their loved ones wherever possible.
